Select Time Intervall and Merge E-Mail Addresses
In the third step the links (messages shown) can be narrowed down by limiting the time period (this is done by an SQL query on the Mysql database).
In the next step, multiple e-mail addresses can be merge into one address. This merge can be done permanently, or just for one session. If it is done permanently, all the merges can be applied to a new dataset by clicking the "automatically change" button.
The system propose merges based on similar first and family names.
